• Lead Sauté Line Cook / Line Cook(s):

  We are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to create a great experience for people, has a positive and team-oriented mindset, and has experience working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.

  As a line cook, you will be a crucial member of Muoi Tieu’s kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking our dishes, ensuring that food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and with high quality. Duties include prepping ingredients, following recipes, cooking dishes, plating food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 
  
  Requirements:

  Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a line cook.

  Must have weekend and evening availability Thursday - Monday.

• Server(s)

  We are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to create a great experience for people, has a positive and team-oriented mindset, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Some knowledge or a strong interest in Vietnamese cuisine is a plus!
  

  Requirements:
  Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a strong background in hospitality with at least one year of experience in contemporary casual/fine dining environment. Must have weekend and evening availability.
